With this semester coming to an end, and all these preparations being made for my next semester at NYU London, I can’t help but have London on my mind!
After talking with a lot of my friends who had previously spent a semester in London, I realized I wouldn’t be able to survive without a sturdy, rain resistant trench coat. London weather is moderate, but very inconsistent throughout the day. No wonder that the classic trench is a stable wardrobe piece for all natives of London!
To pair with the classic trench, I decided to go with a black scallop shift dress. The neutral tones in this pair complement each other and give off an air of sophistication, something I consider a must while wandering through London streets.
I finished this look with a pair of chunky heeled sandals, comfortable enough for some light walking and exploring, as well as some gold statement jewelry pieces and my go-to, staple LV Tote.
I honestly can’t wait to go and really explore the nooks and crannies that London offers, and I can’t wait to share it all with you guys of course!
Until then, keep styling fashionistas,

There was finally a few warm days in the city last week, perfect photo shooting weather! I’ve been so sick of wearing boots and a overcoat every single day, 7 days a week in the gloomy, cold weather that it was so refreshing to be able to put on a nice blouse and slip in some kitten heels for a nice stroll outside.
What reminds me the most about spring are florals and pastels…and what better way to welcome back this warm weather than to feature both in one look! I found the absolute perfect scarf at Loft the other day, with the light pink and blue hues combined with a vibrant floral print.
I wanted to highlight the scarf, so I made sure that the rest of the outfit was simple, but classic. I am in love with the scallop detailing running down the flowy white blouse, and paired with some medium wash distressed jeans, this outfit encompasses an aura of casual spring luxe.
Finally, I completed this look with some finishing accessories: crystal chandelier earrings, a gemstone clutch, and some simple nude kitten heels.
I hope that you guys take advantage of the nice weather coming up! It’s time to put away those sweaters and boots and reorganize your closets for spring!
Happy styling fashionistas,
My favorite trend this spring is definitely scallop details by far! I simply can’t get over how elegant and classic the details are, and with the perfect touch of femininity! I especially love how the scallops are designed at the collar bone and the arms in this dress. It pulls the focus to your upper body—and not to mention the cut of this dress is absolutely flattering! I usually have a very hard time with dresses fitting perfectly for me since I’m very petite, but Loft has definitely figured it out in their “petites” collection!
With such a bright magenta dress, I softened the look with a delicate cluster of pearls, as well as some fine gold detailed jewelry. With spring in full bloom, what better accessory than a bouquet of tulips? (Curtesy of the boyfriend of course). This gorgeous weather has definitely given me Spring fever! Hope you’re out enjoying the sun!
Happy styling fashionistas,
It’s still a bit chilly for spring attire here in the city, but I can’t help adding florals to brighten up my outfit! It’s been such a long and bitter cold winter here that I all I’m wishing for now is warm weather and pretty flowers for the spring.
